Effective faith is more concerned with its life than its size. A mustard seed is small, but is alive and growing. Like a tiny seed, a small amount of genuine faith in God will take root and grow.
Faith in the word of God allowed Joshua to put the fear of giants behind him and get on with the journey to the promised land. He listened to god and was rewarded with crossing over into the Promised "land of milk and honey."
Do you let the threat of giants in your life keep you from the promised land? Our giants may take many forms: unwillingness to release the past, physical limitations that claim our attention, pride, prejudice, jealousy, self importance, the desire to avoid confrontation.
Just as the children of Israel had to continuously overcome giants, so indeed will we. With God's help we can conquer any giants we may encounter. We can live not in fear of them but with faith in the promise of God through Jesus Christ.
"In all these things we are more than conquerors through
Him who loved us." Romans 8:37WHAT GIANTS DO YOU ALLOW TO HINDER YOUR
JOURNEY TO THE PROMISED LAND?
